CHOICE OF IN HOME COOKING OR DELIVERY SERVICE

Chef Deidre will do all shopping the morning of the appointment. This will include farmers market, butcher shop, seafood market, wine shop etc...to insure only the finest ingredients are used from the best sources.

For in home cooking she will arrive at your home with all the equipment and supplies needed to prepare the meals. All that is required is your stove for cooking and your refrigerator/freezer for storing the finished meals.

After all is cooked and packaged for future use and labeled with ingredients and reheating instructions, she will thoroughly clean all areas used. You will walk in the house and wonder if she has been the at all except for the fabulous aromas.
